We do not produce, host, or solicit visual depictions of actual human beings engaged in sexually explicit conduct. As a result, the record-keeping and labeling requirements of 18 U.S.C. \u00a7 2257, 18 U.S.C. \u00a7 2257A, and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to our Services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Scope and Applicability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This exemption applies across our properties and related Services. Content available through the Services may include AI\u2011generated or synthetic depictions, but not real\u2011person performances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Why We Are Exempt<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We do not commission, stage, hire, record, or otherwise capture real human models, actors, or performers. Any visual depictions are computer-generated. Because there are no real persons depicted in sexually explicit conduct, the federal record-keeping and labeling provisions referenced above are not applicable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Prohibited Submissions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Users may not upload, request, or attempt to generate content that depicts actual persons in sexually explicit conduct, non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes, or content resembling minors. Such material violates our policies and will be removed under the Content Removal Policy, and accounts may be suspended or terminated under the Terms of Service and Blocked Content Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Minors and Mandatory Reporting<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for child sexual abuse material. We report known CSAM to the National Center for Missing &amp; Exploited Children (NCMEC) or appropriate authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
