Q1. I can’t sign in with Google. What should I do?
Make sure you’re signed into the correct Google account, then retry. If needed, clear cookies for drt.fm and try again. Still stuck? Email us with your browser/device and the time the issue happened.
Q2. Messages or images aren’t generating.
Check your internet connection and refresh the page. If it persists, send a screenshot, your timestamp, and what you tried. We’ll investigate.
Q3. Which browsers/devices are supported?
The latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari on desktop and mobile. Update your browser and try again if it’s older.
Q4. I paid but don’t have access.
Log out/in and check Settings → Billing. If you still don’t see access, email us your transaction ID and account email.
Q5. How do I change or cancel my plan?
Go to https://drt.fm/settings/ → https://drt.fm/billing/ → Unsubscribe. Cancellations keep access until the current period ends.
Q6. How do refunds work?
You can request within 7 days for technical faults or billing errors. Details: https://drt.fm/legal/terms#refunds. (EU/UK statutory rights apply unless you opted for immediate performance at checkout.)
Q7. I think someone is using my account.
Secure your Google account (change password) and email us the timestamp of the activity. We’ll review logs and help secure access.
Q8. How do I report prohibited content or a safety concern?
Email us with relevant details (chat/character name and timestamps). We enforce strict safety standards and review reports promptly.
Q9. How do I delete my account or request my data?
Email support@thehumblehackers.com with subject “Privacy Request” from your account email. We’ll verify and process promptly.
